These scenes embody the essence of traditional and vibrant Andalucía. Géraldine and Jan chose Seville as the magical setting for their big day. A private estate surrounded by olive trees, bougainvillaea, and whitewashed walls was the perfect venue. A destination wedding is when the couple and their guests travel to a location other than their hometown to celebrate. The couple said “I do” during a civil ceremony amidst a picturesque olive grove. They dreamed of a wedding immersed in nature, and we made it a reality. Natural elements like wood, hay bales, wildflowers, and linen were key to the decor. Géraldine and Jan trusted us as their wedding planners in Seville, and over many months, we worked together to design, plan, organise, and coordinate their magical day. The couple and their guests travelled from Belgium to enjoy this extraordinary destination wedding in Seville.

Elegance and good taste were the essence of this celebration. All the décor matched the wedding’s style: bohemian, rustic, warm, and family-oriented.

Géraldine and Jan’s Destination Wedding

Géraldine wore a stunning long-sleeved embroidered dress by Mr Jacques Devos, a designer from Brussels whom she adores. It was a spectacular gown that she wore perfectly and carried with such elegance. For accessories, Géraldine chose beautiful gold earrings shaped like wheat by Aurélie Bidermann. These earrings were the perfect choice, illuminating her face in a very special way—she looked absolutely stunning! Finally, she wore gorgeous sandals by Alaïa. A simple, elegant, and simply perfect bride. Géraldine is absolutely beautiful, and on her wedding day, she was radiant.

Her makeup and hair were done by Sara Lousame’s team, who created a stunning braided updo that perfectly matched the look Géraldine wanted.

Jan opted for a relaxed look with linen trousers, a waistcoat, and a shirt. He didn’t wear a jacket, but it didn’t matter because the boho-style wedding we had prepared didn’t require much formality. Jan’s outfit was by Café Costume, and his shoes were by Magnanni. A perfect groom!

Destination Wedding Décor

The décor was meticulously planned. Our team of decorators created a wonderful design. Our architects crafted beautiful rustic and boho-style decorations that Géraldine had always dreamed of. The décor was simple yet enchanting, featuring wine bottles, twine, lightbulbs, and wood… Everything evoked a summer night among friends, where the focus was on enjoying the moment and having a great time in Seville.

To welcome the guests, we created a lemonade buffet. Our cart never stays at the WWL Office during wedding season!

The ceremony itself was absolutely stunning. It took place in the middle of the countryside, with hay bales covered in white linen as seating. A wooden arch adorned with fresh flowers and a Louis XVI sofa for the couple completed the scene. Everything came together beautifully in this magical ceremony on a warm July afternoon.

A Night to Remember

This lovely couple, along with their family and friends, enjoyed a spectacular evening filled with laughter, food, drinks, and dancing until sunrise. The grand finale came in the form of a food truck serving churros and chocolate. We can’t get enough of weddings like this one! We hope you love it and find it inspiring.
