Thanks to our experience, we can guarantee our clients that our work will meet their expectations. We’ve been in this business for more than 7 years, we are one of the first wedding planners that landed in Spain and the very first ones that introduced the concept of luxury weddings in our hometown. Also, as we are experts in destination weddings, we can travel with you wherever you want, from Barcelona to Mallorca or to Ibiza!

In WWL, we don’t think about weddings just as a unique and special day but as a complete experience for the couple that starts when they hire us and finishes the day after the event. We think that’s one of the keys to our success. We work on luxury productions for months that crystallize in one day so every little detail is very important. The Big Day is a huge responsibility for us keeping in mind that some of our couples may invest more than 300000 euros on it.

Another key point that assures the couple their wedding will be unforgettable is the good coordination of all the vendors that will be involved in their Big Day. We are used to managing teams of more than 100 people and events with more than 600 guests, but we also know that coordination is equally important for a small wedding.

And last but not least, some of the most important magazines in our country, like Vogue, rely on us to talk about bridal issues. We feel they recognize our work throughout the years. Furthermore, we are one of the few organizers that are invited to the Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week, something we combined with a constant check of our inspirational sources. Planning a luxury wedding in Spain: the best vendors

Well, you’ve already hired the luxury wedding planner of your dreams, what now? Personally, once the couple contracts our services, we start to work on their Big Day. The first thing would be choosing a date but sometimes, if couples are flexible with that, we begin to look for the perfect venue.

What does a luxury wedding planner guarantee you about searching for the perfect venue? Well, the organizer must have a list of places that meet the standard the pair is looking for and also be informed about the newest venues in the country. Spain has incredible places: the coast of Cadiz and Malaga, the Balearic islands, Seville, Catalunya, Galicia… Luckily, there are hidden gems everywhere!

If the organizer is an expert in luxury and experiential weddings, he or she must have a list of vendors that adapt their businesses to these concepts. And of course, the wedding planner must trust them. It doesn’t make sense of designing great decorations and not hiring a wonderful photographer to immortalize them. In our company, we are used to working with luxury vendors as Michelin awarded chefs, international floral artists or videographers experts in destination weddings. Special services for a destination wedding

We have planned various destination weddings since we started our business back in 2013. For example, recently we went to Portugal to celebrate the Big Day of Lidia, co-founder of Weddings With Love, and we also organized in our hometown, Seville, the destination wedding of Nicole and Christophe, a Canadian couple that found here the perfect place to spend one of the most important days of their lives.

We know that organizing and planning a destination wedding involves a series of processes that aren’t strictly necessary for a local wedding. For example, if the couple is going to have a religious ceremony, it is very important to have all the documents that the church requires to get married according to the rules and we always help our clients with that.

Another aspect that we consider essential for a luxury destination wedding is organizing a pre-wedding or a post-wedding event. It is a way of saying thank you to the guests for having traveled that far from home for the special day of the couple. Sometimes the pair decide to invite the most important invitees so they can have real quality time with them. Of course, in Weddings With Love, we help our couples with this too. We especially love post-wedding brunches and BBQ.

Despite these two amazing weddings we’ve just mentioned before, we also want to talk about the unforgettable wedding of Jordi and María José in Santorini, back in 2018. We planned for them a 4-days event that included a photo shoot for Hello! Spain and a pre-wedding dinner.
